Commissions payments Update:
Due to a very disappointing month of June in sales, where one tour was cancelled and another resulted in very low sales, I am very sorry to inform you again, that commission payments for May collections are running late. We will be paying commissions over the next few weeks starting with the top countries where the most activity is taking place right now: Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, UK and Canada. The remaining countries payments will then be settled by mid July. I will give more information on commissions payments when we have our leader meeting call on the 10th July. Again, please accept my sincere apologies for this delay.
XLRF/XLN Strategy Meeting next week:
Myself, Roger, Dave, Teresa, members of the Transformation Team and Mike Nicholson from Jakarta are meeting up next week in Bali to discuss the strategy for both XLRF and XL Nation going forward. We would be delighted to have any more of the country or city leaders join us for this week. If you are planning to be with us in Bali, please let penelope.wee@resultsfoundation.com know asap. Join us for the leader call on the 10th where we will be communicating the highlights and key points.

Urgent Update for the attention of country and city leaders sent 10th July, 2009
Hi all,
Hope everyone is well and apologies for the very short notice. Normally I do a shout out to remind everyone to be on the call... Today its to let you know the call has been postponed until later in the month. I am rescheduling it for Friday 24th July, as we are still awaiting the outcome of some of those decisions. I want to be able to communicate to you with transparency and clarity and that will mean holding off until then.
Following last weeks meeting in Bali, we have some decision making and major reorganising to do internally which will impact on many areas of the business, including the country and city leaders. You of course will be aware that we are facing some major cash flow issues and that we are behind with many of our payments including the commissions right now and that is our focus.
Meanwhile I have started some one to one calls with leaders and suppliers to give some background and awareness of where we are at just now and will continue to do this. You can call me direct to discuss if this would be of value to you right now as well.

Roger James Hamilton ran XL Nation which collapsed in late 2008 after his massive irresponsible money mismanagement. There was not even anyone sorting out the finances in the company so there was not any knowledge about what income or expenditure there was. (by the way, Margaret Loh is no longer involved - she got out and in good time too). This coupled with Roger's extravagant spending caused it all to come tumbling down. XL how has a website with members who no longer are getting what they paid for.
He left investors and members of XL broke and has said he does not have any money to pay anyone back. Investors gave him money that he said he would invest and he assured them it would be invested and pay them a high return. He never invested the money – he used it for himself. He is a fraud who does not practice what he preaches. So nice that he has the money to take himself and his family to Las Vegas in 2010 when he is broke and living the life of a pauper!!!!!! He sent his daughter to Greece recently as well!!!!
He lives the high life in Bali with servants to tend to the housework and everything else. The house he lives in is spacious and very nice. Not so for the people who contact him on a regular basis to ask where their money is and when they will get it back only to get a reply that he does not have any and he is struggling.
When will he stop conning people into thinking he is Asia’s leading wealth consultant!!!! beware of Roger James Hamilton and do not give this man any money. You will never see it again.
